Speech Mum is providing online sessions UK Wide via Zoom
Initial assessment including written report
1 hour maximum appointment time - £75
ONLINE: Online assessment directly with your child (over 5s) or with you (under 5s) using the Zoom platform.
FACE TO FACE: Assessment in your home or child's day care setting using formal and informal methods, observation, play and discussion with parents. Inclusive of 20 miles round-trip travel from Chorley. Additional mileage will be charged at 40p per mile.
Once assessment is complete, Speech Mum will share the starting point findings with you and you will formulate an appropriate package of care together. You will receive a summery report within two working days after the assessment.
Detailed assessment including detailed report suitable for EHCP etc.
£75 per hour - typically 1 hour appointment +1 hour report writing

Treatment sessions
Variable duration, charged at rate of £75 per 1 hour. Advance payment required per appointment. Includes session summary with advice for home / setting after each session.
